Hannah's Quest Story
The following was created at the Bodmin Bookworm 'Create a Quest Story' workshop at Bodmin library on 14th August 2009:
Hannah created a quest seeker that was a leopard called 'Spot'. Spot lives in the jungle and lives in and out of the water. His home is a bog. Spot eats other animals, hates human adults and is scared of flies. Spot uses banana flavoured toothpaste and has a best friend that is a talking peach! Spot's special talent is that he can fly. He wishes he could stay a child. His biggest fault is that he chases his tail.
Spot's quest is to find a pure solid gold Tiger brain. When he gets the brain he will have to put it in the right case.
To find the golden brain, first Spot has to find the gigantic golden tree. When he gets there he then has to fight ten hundred flies, get past a giant and kill the deadly monsters. Spot manages to do this with the help of his best friend the talking peach who distracts the flies that Spot is really scared of.
In the end Spot, with the help of Peach, manages to get the Golden Brain!

Molly's Quest Story
The following was created at the Bodmin Bookworm 'Create a Quest Story' workshop at Bodmin library on 14th August 2009:
Molly created a quest seeker - a talking monkey called 'Beshina'. She has brown hair, sleeps in a tree, uses banana flavoured toothpaste, loves bananas, her favourite colour is yellow and she hates apples and spiders. Beshina's best friend is a banana that talks. Beshina doesn't like spiders. If she had one wish it would be that she could have a lifetime supply of bananas. Beshina's faults are that she screams a lot and steals bananas. Her talents are that she can swing upside down from her tail and can disguise herself.
Beshina is on a quest to find a shiny golden banana. It is the best tasting banana ever and if you bite it it grows back. The golden banana smells better than the best banana ever.
On her quest journey, Beshina goes hundreds of miles away to a huge damp dark cave. Beshina travels by swinging from tree to tree all the way there. When she arrives the cave's entrance is blocked by a beast and before the entrance is a 3000000 foot drop with spiders for 2999999 foot.
Beshina spies a hook on the other side of the drop full of spiders. Banana helps her to catch the rope, then Beshina walks on the rope to reach the golden banana. She has to be very brave and use her balancing skills.
Beshina then defeats the monster that guards the cave by making it swallow lots of bananas. Beshina grabs the Golden Banana and swings back home. Everyone is happy except for the monster.
The End
Or is it?
Yes, yes it is.
Is it really?
Yes it is!
